WHAT IS MAINSTAY?

The Mainstay Foundation is a 501(C)(3) service-oriented non-profit organization focused on strategic initiatives. The foundation was established in 2012 by a collective team of individuals who had the passion to work toward advancing the Muslim community in the United States of America. This team has served in a host of capacities, institutions, and organizations across the nation.

Mainstay, the term, is defined as “a very important part of something; something or someone that provides support and makes it possible for something to exist or succeed.” In order to build our community, we believe it is essential to organize as a collective, garnering our efforts and talents to help individuals grow and assist organizations in their development.

THE DESIRE TO DO GOOD

As individuals, families, and organizations, we all seek to do that noble thing. To do good. Yet, how can we do that more efficiently, productively, and in turn render the greatest impact and results? We must have a strategy and a way to bring all the pieces together. That is where we come in.
