Overview

One of the major challenges in any business enterprise is sustaining and growing revenue. Regardless of the size of the business and what phase of growth it is experiencing, this is a common pain point that dominates discussions in board rooms. It is vital for the sustainability and growth of any business, especially in a turbulent economy, to expand revenue streams by opening unconventional revenue streams.

In this session, we will be focusing on how businesses can:

  1. diversify funding by leveraging government based and backed grants and funding and
  2. open new channels of business generation by doing work with the government, who is the single largest purchaser of consumer goods in the world.

The panelists will shed light on the ample opportunities that are readily available for businesses, and how enterprises can navigate the system to capitalize on these opportunities, as they continue to scale their businesses. The panelist will provide a practical blueprint with technical steps on how a business can enter this space and leverage it for business development.
