This session provides a deep and compassionate exploration into the dynamics of emotional abuse within families. It aims to shed light on how abusive patterns form and persist over time, helping individuals recognize the warning signs and underlying causes of such behaviors. Through a psychological lens, this offering encourages awareness, healing, and practical strategies for change.
Students will gain insight into the development of narcissistic traits and how emotional abuse takes root and is maintained over time. The class also explores the psychological impact of stress and trauma on the family unit, offering a framework to understand both the abuser’s and the abused’s perspectives. Attendees will learn techniques to effectively manage and support those involved, whether they are seeking to break the cycle or help others do so.
This session is open to all adult males and females who want to better understand family dynamics affected by emotional abuse. Whether you’re navigating personal experiences, supporting someone else, or simply seeking to become more informed, this class provides critical tools and insights to foster awareness, resilience, and healthier relationships.
