This exclusive sisters-only session, led by Ilwiyyah Dr. Buthaina Bahreluloom, focuses on navigating the challenging waves of grief and loss through an Islamic lens. Participants will explore practical tools, inspired by Islamic teachings and therapeutic practices, to help process grief, strengthen faith, and find hope during times of loss.

In this session, attendees will learn effective strategies for coping with grief, how to apply patience and trust in Allah’s (swt) mercy, and ways to nurture their faith during difficult times. The class will provide practical steps for both personal healing and offering support to others experiencing grief, while maintaining a deep connection to Islamic principles.

This session is for women who are navigating personal grief or are looking for guidance on how to support others through loss. It’s ideal for those seeking emotional healing and spiritual growth through the challenges of grief, as well as anyone interested in strengthening their faith while facing life’s most difficult tests.
