Hajj Haidar Mazen is an academic educator, translator, and language consultant. He holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in English with double minors in history and Arabic from the University of Texas at Arlington. Haidar has been immersed in education since 2008, working in various capacities as a tutor, teacher, and administrator. He currently teaches advanced English, AP Seminar, and AP Research at an early college high school in Arlington, TX. Additionally, Haidar serves as the principal of Imam Ali Islamic School, focusing on the instruction of The Holy Quran, Islamic Studies, and the Arabic language.
